How to Book Your Party

Complete the Booking Form overleaf to verify your provisional booking. Confirmation and Menu Allocation Form will be issued on receipt of your form together with your Deposit. A deposit of £25 (for £45 tickets) or £30 (for £50 tickets) per person is required to secure the booking. All deposits are non-refundable. Provisional bookings can be held for 10 days without a deposit.

The Full balance of payment must be received prior to the issue of tickets and in any event no later than Six Weeks prior to the date of the event.

Please return Menu Allocation Form as soon as possible and in any event no later than Six Weeks prior to the date of the event. If the form is not received by the deadline you are not guaranteed either menu choices or table allocations.

If you wish to change the number of guests, 14 Days or more prior to the date of the event, every effort will be made to accommodate you however this cannot be guaranteed.

More than 42 days prior to event date 100% less deposit
More than 28 days but less than 42 days prior to event date 75% less deposit
More than 14 days but less than 28 days prior to event date 50% less deposit
14 days or less prior to event date No refund
